If you’re not comfortable using email, you are welcome to contact me by telephone. If my voice mail answers, please ensure that your message states the type of transaction (purchase or refinance), the amount of the transaction, and the location of the property.

I want to say “yes” to your loan request, as that is a more profitable answer for me. However, if your transaction is too marginal, I pride myself on issuing “quick no’s”. I will not waste your time.
