ABOUT CAR WASH LENDING & MITT WEISSINGER

I am a career commercial loan officer, and have relationships with several national lending institutions. My twelve years in the lending industry have taught me what works, and what doesn’t. I am here to share my experience with you, and assist you in obtaining a car wash loan.

My focus is the purchase and refinancing of existing car wash facilities. I can accommodate construction loans, but am only willing to accept these projects in situations where the client understands the importance of having an experienced / financially sound contractor. Construction lending is a tough business, and we approach it accordingly.

Your first question is probably “How are you paid?” The answer is simple: The lender with whom I place your loan pays me a referral fee for sending them the loan. There are no hidden fees. I am in essence a free service to you.
